Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership
- Define and lead the interior design vision across hospitality projects.
- Ensure alignment with brand identity, guest experience, market positioning, and operational requirements.
- Oversee design concepts, space planning, material selections, finishes, and FF&E strategies.
- Establish and maintain interior design standards and guidelines across the portfolio.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing in-house design team.
- Manage resource allocation across multiple projects and priorities.
- Foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the design function.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Architecture, Project Management, Procurement, Development, and Operations teams.
- Review consultant submissions and ensure alignment with project objectives and design intent.
- Lead design reviews and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and key decisions.
Project Oversight
- Ensure all design deliverables meet brand, operational, technical, and budget requirements.
- Monitor project milestones and timelines to enable successful execution.
- Collaborate with construction and site teams to ensure the design vision is effectively realized.
What We're Looking For
✅ Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
✅ 15+ years of experience in Interior Design, including significant hospitality project experience
✅ Proven track record of leading large-scale hospitality, resort, hotel, or luxury residential projects
✅ Experience with reputed Interior Design firms or leading hotel brands will be a strong advantage
✅ Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
