Why Meteora
Meteora is the liquidity layer on Solana. We build the products people use to provide liquidity and earn fees from it.
Our focus is to bring more people into liquidity providing and to help them succeed at it. If you can trade on Solana, you can LP on Meteora. We are building the funnel that converts that attention into active liquidity providers, and we are looking for the person to own it. Solana now leads every chain in DEX volume, and Meteora is a significant part of why. The demand exists, and we're strengthening our growth engine to capture even more mindshare.
The role
You will own user acquisition end to end: defining what an active user is, designing campaigns that reach new audiences, converting that attention into active liquidity providers, and measuring and improving each cycle. You will work alongside our Product and Ecosystem leads, with the acquisition funnel under your ownership.
What you will own
The role runs as a continuous loop, and you own every stage of it:
Define success -> Drive the top of the funnel -> Convert to active users -> Measure -> Iterate
- Define success: Every campaign begins by defining the metric that determines whether it worked, typically a measure of active usage. You decide what qualifies as an activated Meteora user and how it is measured.
- Drive the top of the funnel: Reach new audiences at scale across X, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Each channel calls for a native approach, with particular emphasis on short-form video.
- Convert attention into active users: Build the path from first view to first liquidity position, including the activation prompts, the onboarding, and the steps that turn interest into usage.
- Measure: Track the funnel from first touch through to active liquidity provider, and build lightweight dashboards that make performance clear to the team.
- Iterate: Apply the results to refine the approach, concentrate effort on the strongest channels, and launch the next campaign.
What you will do
- Partner with the product and engineering teams to design campaigns and activations.
- Coordinate distribution campaigns across channels.
What we are looking for
We're looking for candidates who:
- Deep knowledge of Web3, Solana DeFi, and the crypto ecosystem — you know the players, communities, and attention flows
- Hands-on experience running Twitter (X) campaigns and crypto-native communications
- Strong copywriting skills and proficiency with Figma for marketing and product communications
- Proven track record designing and executing growth strategies across product and ecosystem
- Ability to navigate and activate networks across the broader Web3 and crypto ecosystem
- Analytical and structured — you think in systems and measure what matters
- Execution-oriented: you build, ship, and iterate, not just strategise
- Deeply online and active in crypto-native spaces
- Based in Singapore (strongly preferred)
Nice to have
- Experience producing or editing short-form video
- Comfort with the everyday tool stack — design tools (Figma), note-takers (Notion), and video editors (After Effects or similar)
- A track record of growing an account or audience from zero
- Familiarity with onchain analytics, attribution, and cohort measurement
- Experience on a Solana-native team or a crypto product with real onchain users
What success looks like
- New user growth across Meteora products and ecosystem channels
- Stronger activation and repeat usage across the product suite
- A more effective ecosystem growth engine with clear user progression
- Ecosystem attention converting to product usage, liquidity, and long-term retention
- Tighter growth reporting and measurable improvement across all major growth surfaces
