We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist (Temp) to support the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns and partner relationships. This role focuses on campaign operations, cross-functional coordination, and ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- 3 month contract, possible extension
- 9am-6pm EST, 40 hours per week
- Rate: $50-62 per hour range
Responsibilities:
- Support execution and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (search, social, display, affiliate)
- Coordinate day-to-day communication with external partners, including projections, performance alignment, and deliverables
- Manage marketing operations processes such as purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and internal workflow submissions
- Assist with onboarding new partners, including media plan coordination, tracking setup, and documentation
- Support pixel implementation and help troubleshoot tracking issues with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate campaign setup tasks including trafficking, UTM creation, creative updates, and ad QA
- Partner with legal, privacy, and brand teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Contribute to marketing tests and new initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or partner management
- Strong organization, project management, and attention to detail
- Experience executing in platforms like Meta and Google Ads preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
