Group Strategy Director
A full-service strategic marketing agency is seeking a Group Strategy Director to lead strategy across a portfolio of clients in the health and nonprofit sectors.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategic direction across multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Shape brand positioning, purpose, and value propositions
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level strategists
- Distill complex clinical, behavioral, and competitive data into clear strategic stories
- Co-create briefs, lead workshops, and collaborate with creative and account teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
What You'll Bring
- 12+ years of experience in brand, communications, or engagement strategy at an agency or consultancy
- Proven track record managing strategy across a portfolio of clients
- Experience mentoring and developing strategists
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills
- Comfort with strategy frameworks (e.g., Brand Diamond, journey maps, OGSM)
- Background in healthcare, biotech, or life sciences required
