Position Overview
The Multimedia Designer will play a key role in creating high-quality advertising and marketing materials for print and digital media. This includes designing magazine spreads, newspaper ads, and digital content that reflect our brand standards and showcase our listings and agents with elegance and clarity.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in layout and typography, and has experience designing for luxury brands or the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce visually engaging advertisements for properties and agents in line with brand guidelines.
- Work with provided templates, images, and brand assets to create print-ready and digital-ready materials.
- Prepare and export final artwork to PDF format with CMYK conversion and bleed settings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure design consistency across all publications and platforms.
- Contribute creative input on layout improvements and design efficiency.
- Manage multiple design projects with attention to detail and timely delivery.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer, ideally within real estate, luxury, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Excellent understanding of print production, CMYK color management, and layout composition.
- Ability to follow detailed brand guidelines, including specific fonts, colors, and design templates.
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide constructive design feedback.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing advertisements for magazines or newspapers.
- Familiarity with digital ad placement and formatting.
- Photography or photo editing experience.
