We are looking for a creative and proactive Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our Marketing & Communication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging visual content, capturing photo and video content using a smartphone, and editing short-form videos for social media platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both graphic design and content creation and can help bring our brand to life through compelling visuals and digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Design social media posts, banners, flyers, posters, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Create visual content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Adapt designs for various digital platforms and campaign needs.
- Ensure consistency across all visual communications.
Content Creation
- Capture photos and videos using a smartphone during events, campaigns, customer activities, and company operations.
- Create engaging behind-the-scenes, promotional, and storytelling content.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute content plans and campaigns.
Video Editing
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar editing software.
- Produce content optimized for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Add captions, transitions, graphics, and music where appropriate.
- Deliver content within agreed timelines.
Brand Support
- Support marketing campaigns with creative assets.
- Contribute ideas for content and creative concepts.
- Maintain organized design and content files.
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design.
- Bilingual (english and french)
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design tools).
- Ability to capture quality photo and video content using a smartphone.
- Experience editing videos using CapCut.
- Strong understanding of social media content formats and trends.
- Good visual storytelling and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
Education
A degree, diploma, or professional certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communication, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
Candidates with a strong portfolio, proven practical skills, and relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply regardless of their educational background.
