Chongqing Liuyishou Hotpot was founded in 2000, which is a leading enterprise that specializes in managing hot pot chains and franchisees. Liuyishou now has expanded its business to more than 1,200 overseas units all around the world. In 2014, Liuyishou chose the greater Vancouver for our North America Head Office and opened our first restaurant in Richmond BC. In 2015, Liuyishou International Management Company (Canada) Ltd.

was established to operate Liuyishou Hot Pot Restaurants across North America. Since then, we have directly managed a central kitchen and large-scale food processing factory, with over 20 restaurants and 800 employees in North America.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer & Video Editor
to join our team. This role places strong emphasis on graphic design, video content production, brand identity development, and interior/spatial visual support for both marketing initiatives and restaurant visual presentation.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and execute graphic design projects for digital platforms, print materials, promotional campaigns, menus, packaging, and in-store marketing collateral;
  • Create and edit video content for marketing campaigns, social media, brand storytelling, recruitment, and internal communications;
  • Support brand identity and integrated branding projects, including campaign visuals, promotional themes, logo applications, and branded communication materials;
  • Assist with the development and execution of brand visual systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels;
  • Support interior and spatial visual design projects for restaurant locations, including signage, wall graphics, menu boards, environmental graphics, and other customer-facing visual elements;
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other teams to produce cohesive visual solutions aligned with brand positioning and business needs;
  • Contribute creative ideas for store atmosphere, visual presentation, and branded customer experience;
  • Coordinate with external vendors, printers, production partners, and fabricators to ensure accurate execution and high-quality output;
  • Assist with photo/video shooting, post-production editing, and multimedia content preparation when needed;
  • Stay current with design trends, branding strategies, and hospitality visual concepts to continuously enhance creative output;

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interior Design, Environmental Design, or a related field;
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant design experience in graphic design, branding, or related creative work;
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in graphic design, branding, and spatial/interior visual applications;
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design tools;
  • Experience with video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent is an asset;
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, composition, and brand consistency;
  • Familiarity with interior visual design, environmental graphics, or space-related design applications is strongly preferred;
  • Experience in brand identity design and integrated branding projects is highly preferred;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate ideas into clear and effective visual solutions;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Mandarin and English;
  • Ability to work independently and quickly deliver high-quality creative output.
