About The Role
We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of the Snif brand across multiple channels and mediums. Your primary responsibility will be to design compelling packaging, print collateral, signage, and digital assets that resonate with our brand ethos and appeal to our diverse customer base. You will work closely with our Product Development, Marketing, and Retail teams to ensure consistency in brand presentation and quality. The ideal candidate will bring a fresh perspective, possess a keen eye for detail, and demonstrate strong project management skills to deliver high-quality work within deadlines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative company that is setting new standards in the fragrance industry.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of packaging and production design experience, either in-house or at an agency
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; Premiere and After Effects are a plus
- Experience designing packaging artwork and print-ready files
- Knowledge of the print collateral creation process, including working with templates and pre-press proofing
- Ability to translate design concepts into digital assets such as emails, SMS gifs, paid ads, and social media content
- Excellent understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Organized asset management skills, including sizing, cropping, exporting, and file naming
- Technical eye for detail and high standards for polished deliverables
- Strong collaboration skills and openness to feedback
- Exceptional time management and project ownership abilities
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and a hunger for learning new platforms and techniques
- Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and process improvement
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work
- Strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Rapidly familiarize yourself with Snif’s brand principles and style guides
- Design original, on-brand content for various visual mediums, including packaging, print, signage, and digital assets
- Create print and packaging production files from initial renderings and concepts
- Develop dielines for primary and secondary packaging, ensuring print readiness
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to maintain brand consistency, quality, and color accuracy
- Design in-store signage and display materials that attract attention and enhance retail presence
- Produce marketing collateral to support activations, product launches, and campaigns
- Design fun and engaging merchandise to accompany product launches and marketing initiatives
- Contribute to digital campaign assets, including email templates, SMS gifs, social media graphics, and paid ad creatives
- Bring innovative ideas to creative brainstorms while aligning with brand identity
- Work cross-functionally with teams across Retail, Product, Growth, and Retention to ensure cohesive visual storytelling
- Maintain attention to detail, ensuring all assets are polished, consistent, and aligned with brand standards
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve design processes
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, owning each from concept to completion
