Position: Graphic Designer (Pre Press)

The Prepress Associates at Stickerbeat are responsible for preparing digital proofs and ensuring final print files are accurate and production-ready. These associates review customer specifications, make necessary adjustments, and collaborate with clients to guarantee their designs meet expectations. The Prepress team plays a critical role in maintaining print quality and accuracy, ensuring all sticker prints are optimized for seamless production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and adjust digital files to ensure they meet printing requirements and are optimized for production.
- Create and review digital proofs for accuracy, ensuring all elements align with customer expectations and print standards.
- Work directly with customers to review specifications, address concerns, and make necessary design adjustments.
- Identify and resolve file-related issues such as resolution errors, color mismatches, or formatting inconsistencies.
- Work closely with the Customer Support team to ensure seamless communication and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
Qualification:
- Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design is required.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator) on Mac.
- Knowledge of print and production is desirable.
- Driven and has uncompromising attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Conduct themselves in a professional manner and have a positive, engaged and collaborative attitude.
