Graphic Designer (Packaging) Jobs in Queens Park, New South Wales, Australia at Every Bite Counts (Home of Little Bellies)
We are looking for a Graphic Designer working across sister companies Every Bite Counts and LaCorium Health in a 3:2 hybrid full time role based in Bondi Junction, Sydney.
The salary for this role is $85,000 plus superannuation per annum.
Every Bite Counts is a leading FMCG business known for high-quality children's foods, including Little Bellies, the fastest-growing baby snack brand in the US, expanding globally.
LaCorium Health markets successful pharmaceutical brands like Dermal Therapy, Crampeze, and Flexitol globally, offering clinically proven skincare solutions.

This role will play a key part in the creative process, from brainstorming innovative packaging concepts to creating prototypes and ensuring top-notch production quality. Your work will help our products stand out on shelves and in the hands of consumers.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing visually compelling packaging, marketing materials, digital content, and advertisements for our pharmaceutical and baby snack products.
- Collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to create cohesive and impactful branding and promotional campaigns.
- Maintaining brand consistency across all design projects.
- Staying updated with the latest design trends and techniques to ensure our designs remain fresh and innovative.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Playing a key role in adjusting and developing new product designs.
- Assist in managing the workflow and coordination of the design team.
The Ideal Candidate Has:
- At least 3 experience in graphic design within a professional setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience with pre-press and print production.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Understanding of packaging creation, including working with manufacturers and printers, and understanding how design translates to physical products.
- Previous experience in packaging and marketing for pharmaceuticals and/or baby snacks.
- Interest in creating video content and using Canva.
