Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing materials that support campaigns, events, and business initiatives across Inizio.
- Create a wide range of assets including (but not limited to) social media graphics, event and exhibition materials, posters, flyers, postcards, web graphics, internal communications, and reports.
- Format, maintain and design PowerPoint presentations and Word documents using established brand templates.
- Apply a strong understanding of the Inizio brand to ensure all design work is consistent, on-brand, and delivered to a high standard.
- Collaborate with marketing and brand team members across the global business to deliver design projects effectively.
- Manage multiple design requests while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Typical Experience
- Approximately 4–5 years of experience in a graphic design role.
Skills & Expertise
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate clearly and effectively with a global team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a global team environment.
- Comfortable working to deadlines, adapting to shifting priorities, asking questions and clarifying briefs to ensure work is delivered accurately
- Basic video editing skills are a plus, but not required.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Web Design, or a related creative discipline.
