Wr are looking for a smart, creative, and proactive individual to join our team as a Creative Designer & Brand Growth Executive. This role combines strong design expertise with a business-driven mindset to support both brand development and company growth.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Masqaţ, Oman, for a Graphic Designer & Brand Growth Executive. The responsibilities include creating and designing graphics, logos, and branding materials to support marketing strategies. The role also involves enhancing the visual identity of the brand, producing engaging graphic content, ensuring consistency in brand messaging, and being a part of marketing teams to develop innovative brand growth strategies.
Design Responsibilities:
* Design and refresh brand assets: logos, packaging, labels, cup sleeves, and in-store materials
* Create engaging social media content, ad creatives, and delivery platform visuals
* Maintain consistency across all brand guidelines and touchpoints
* Prepare print-ready files and manage production requirements (dielines, colors, formats)
* Collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver high-quality campaign visuals efficiently
* Utilize tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, and Canva
Sales & Growth Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations
* Support brand expansion initiatives across existing and new markets
* Assist in developing creative concepts that drive customer engagement and revenue growth
* Work closely with sales and operations teams to align branding with commercial goals
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest innovative growth strategies
* Contribute to improving brand visibility across platforms and partnerships
