About OHiMARK
OHiMARK is a brand and growth partner based in Bangalore, working across brand design, marketing, and growth engineering since 2022. We’re a small team, which means whoever joins works directly with the people running the studio. We hire slowly, and the people who join tend to stay.
The Role
You’ll be designing across brand systems, campaigns, social, and the occasional web project, working alongside our Creative Director, motion designer, copywriter, and whoever else is on the brief. Some of the work you’ll lead, some you’ll contribute to, but you won’t be doing the kind of design where briefs come down from somewhere and you just execute on them.
What we’re looking for
– 1-3 years in design
– Solid on type and layout systems
– Adobe Suite and Figma
– Works alongside copy, brand, and motion
– Takes a project from brief to handoff
What you’ll do
You’ll translate briefs into design across formats, take projects from brief through to handoff, sit in on client conversations when it’s useful, and push back when something doesn’t feel right. Some weeks you’ll be deep in a brand system, other weeks you’ll be turning around social work on a tighter timeline.
