We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in developing impactful marketing materials for property development projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, social media content, EDMs, and presentation decks
- Develop creative concepts and visual assets for digital and print campaigns
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and project positioning
- Work closely with the marketing team to deliver creative solutions within deadlines
- Prepare artwork for print production and digital publishing
- Assist in maintaining and organizing design assets
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Figma is an added advantage
- Strong layout, typography, and branding skills
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment
