Job Title: Graphic Designer (Packaging + Digital)

About the Role
We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role will focus on packaging design, digital assets, and social content for two fast-growing beauty brands. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our products show up in retail, online, and across all marketing channels.
What You’ll Do
- Design and execute packaging for new product launches (beauty tools + press-on nails)
- Create digital assets for e-commerce (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, ULTA)
- Develop social media graphics, campaign visuals, and marketing content
- Collaborate with marketing teams on launches
- Prepare print-ready files and work directly with factories/vendors
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Assist with photoshoot direction, mood boards, and creative concepts
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of graphic design experience (beauty/fashion/ CPG Required)
- Strong portfolio with packaging + digital work
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience with packaging dielines and print production
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and branding
- Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Bonus Points
- Experience designing for Amazon / retail PDPs
- Motion/animation skills (After Effects, CapCut, etc.)
- Experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer products
- Familiarity with AI tools + content creation
