Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Graphic Designer with a strong Web Design background to take proactive ownership of the visual identity for brands within the IT, Tech, and BPO sectors. You will lead the creative direction for all digital platforms and physical assets, prioritizing high-impact results and user-centric design to ensure our products maintain a modern, competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities
- Web Design & UI Assets: Design high-converting landing pages, website layouts, and interactive UI elements (icons, banners, and buttons) that enhance the user experience.
- Content Production: Create monthly social media posts, high-engagement reels, newsletters, and visual assets for tech-focused blogs.
- Growth Marketing: Develop multimedia motion ads and digital assets tailored for specific marketing campaigns and lead generation.
- Brand Ownership: Design modern app logos, comprehensive visual identities, and physical brand merchandise such as jerseys and gadgets.
- Strategy & Reporting: Conduct monthly competitor benchmarking to refine creative direction and design internal marketing performance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Tech-Focused Aesthetic: Deep expertise in creating modern visual identities and web layouts specifically for the mobile app and technology space.
- Proactive Ownership: A results-first mindset with the ability to own the visual product from initial wireframing and benchmarking to final delivery.
- Technical Versatility: Proficiency in motion graphics, video editing for reels, and responsive web design for digital platforms.
- Tool Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, GoHighLevel, and Midjourney.
Education & Experience
- Experience: 1-4 years of graphic and web design experience with a focus on B2B clients in the IT, Tech, or BPO industries.
- Software Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard tools for digital design, web prototyping, and physical brand materials.
- Proven Results: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-brand workflows and adapt visual styles based on performance data and competitor analysis.
