Key Responsibilities:
☑ Manage social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok
☑ Create Visual Banners in Figma / Photoshop
☑ Colaborate with social media / PPC team and identify which concept/visual works the best
☑ Visual Brainstorming on what concept to create next
☑ Design well-structured, engaging blog posts and social media content
☑ Work closely with other team members who create content
☑ Design persuasive email newsletters and marketing campaigns
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a strong grasp of visual composition and design principles
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, with an ability to create distinct, impactful visual identities
- Understanding of Typography, including type pairing, layout, and creative text design
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects with effective time management
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar graphic design software
- A portfolio showcasing a range of creative design projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred, but not required
- Experience working in a fast-paced, B2B environment is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid model
