Rude Boy is looking for a highly creative individual to join our rapidly growing global team. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and skilled with every step of the design process, from concept to the final deliverable. Collaborating with a global team at Rude Boy, the graphic designs should be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The successful candidate will be expected to have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing and be able to prepare and present ideas and deliverables on a regular basis.
Responsibilities
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Produce a variety of visual materials, including but not limited to 3D models, video visuals, posters, social media graphics, merchandise, building and vehicle branding and other promotional items, incorporating brand guidelines while using various computer software.
- Meet deadlines and schedule project implementation based on workload
- Collaborate with other team members, such as marketing, social media, sales, and business operations, throughout the various phases of a project.
- Update and maintain internal databases of designs and artwork
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- 5+ years’ experience with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.
- Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion and Knowledge for subcultures, street art, and alternative design styles.
