We’re partnering with a leading organization to find a Graphic Designer for a short-term contract engagement supporting a fast-paced, collaborative in-house marketing and sales support team contributing to a broad range of marketing and business development initiatives.
This opportunity is ideal for a designer who thrives in a production-focused environment, enjoys working across a variety of marketing collateral, and can quickly ramp up within established brand guidelines and templates.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working within established brand guidelines and design systems to design and produce: PowerPoint presentations, brochures, marketing collateral, social media assets, and campaign materials
- Collaborating closely with internal designers and support staff
- Managing multiple design requests and prioritizing deliverables independently
- Adapting existing templates and assets into polished, client-ready materials
- Supporting both quick-turn production work and larger creative projects
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
- 4+ years of graphic design experience in an in-house, agency, or corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- Strong production design capabilities and attention to detail
- Experience creating: ppt presentations, brochures, marketing collateral, digital/social assets
- Ability to work efficiently within established brand standards
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Experience supporting professional services, or corporate marketing team
- Experience working in fast-paced internal creative teams
Engagement Details
- Contract opportunity
- Approximate duration: 8 – 12 weeks
- Target start: early June through mid-end July
- Hybrid 3 days/week onsite
- Office located near Toronto Pearson Airport
