Graphic Designer Jobs in Toronto, Ontario, Canada at Creative Circle
Our client is looking for a multi-disciplinary Graphic Designer who is comfortable producing polished production assets and designing engaging interactive and digital experiences.
As part of our client's in-house creative studio, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring our brand to life across web, social, campaigns, presentations, and internal initiatives. This role blends hands-on production work with conceptual design, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both precision and creativity.
Rate range is $25-32 per hour.
This role is 8+ months, fulltime hours per week, and onsite 2x per week in downtown Toronto.
What You Will Do & What You Bring to the Table
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets for digital, interactive, and print channels
- Build and refine production-ready files for web, email, social, and paid media
- Create interactive layouts, UI-inspired graphics, and digital experiences that support campaigns and product storytelling
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to concept and execute creative solutions
- Develop infographics, illustrations, motion-ready assets, and presentation materials
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while contributing ideas to evolve our visual identity
- Optimize assets for various platforms, including responsive digital formats
- Manage multiple projects, balancing quick-turn production tasks with larger creative initiatives
- Participate in creative reviews and provide constructive feedback
- 2-5 years of professional design experience (in-house or agency)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, interactive, and production design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma or other digital design tools is a plus
