Based in LA, ENSO is an emerging premium energy drink brand redefining the energy drink category. We're a fast-paced, early-stage startup with a sophisticated consumer base and a distinctive visual identity rooted in quiet luxury aesthetics. We're looking for a talented designer to help elevate our brand presence across social platforms.
The Role
You'll be a creative force for social media content and advertising, working with the Director of Social Media and the company founder. This is a hands-on position focused entirely on building exceptional ads and social creative—not web design, UX/UI, or other disciplines. You'll work within a clear creative framework while bringing your own strategic insights and visual excellence to every piece you create.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience, primarily in social media advertising
- Deep familiarity with consumer packaged goods design and the aesthetic of quiet luxury
- Mastery of all standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent)
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to execute under tight deadlines
- Creative thinker who thrives on direction and delivers quickly
- Proven track record of creating standout social content at previous companies
- Passion for social media and understanding of what makes content perform
What This Is Not
This role is not for web designers, UX/UI specialists, or generalists. Please do not apply if these are your specialties. We need someone singularly focused on creating beautiful, strategic social advertising.
