About the Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who understands design beyond aesthetics. Someone who can create visually strong content, understands internet culture, keeps up with trends, and can help bring creative ideas to life across multiple formats.
Whether you’re a fresher with a strong portfolio or have up to 2 years of experience, we’re more interested in your work, attitude, and willingness to learn than the number of years on your resume.
Responsibilities
Design social media creatives, carousels, thumbnails, and marketing assets
Create pitch decks, presentations, and branded documents
Develop visual concepts and mood boards for campaigns and shoots
Work closely with the creative and production team on client projects
Create graphics for videos, including titles, lower thirds, and visual elements
Support branding and identity design projects
Stay updated with design trends, internet culture, music, fashion, entertainment, and pop culture
Assist with content ideation and creative brainstorming
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
Basic video editing skills
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
Good understanding of social media content and digital trends
Knowledge of pop culture, music, creators, and internet-first content
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A portfolio showcasing your work (academic, freelance, personal, or professional)
Bonus Points
Motion graphics experience
Photography or videography skills
Experience creating content for Instagram, You Tube, or brands
Knowledge of Figma
