CAMILLA is searching for a creatively driven Graphic Designer to join our in-house Creative Studio. If you have a sharp eye for design, love bringing beautiful campaigns to life, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment, this could be your next adventure.
Working alongside our Senior Designer and Creative Studio Manager, you'll help translate CAMILLA's unique visual identity across every customer touchpoint. From digital campaigns and social assets to retail collateral and packaging, you'll create beautifully crafted work that captures the spirit of our brand while ensuring every detail is executed to perfection.

As our Graphic Designer, it will be your responsibility to…
- Design and adapt creative assets across key marketing channels including eDMs, paid digital, website banners, homepage assets, social media and retail collateral
- Bring seasonal campaigns to life across multiple touchpoints while maintaining the highest standards of brand consistency
- Collaborate with the Senior Designer and Creative Studio Manager to execute engaging, on-brand creative that supports business objectives
- Prepare artwork for print production across packaging, labelling, swing tags, stationery and other branded collateral
- Produce retail marketing assets including event invitations, in-store signage, e-flyers, wholesale guides and campaign support materials
- Ensure artwork is technically accurate, print-ready and delivered to supplier specifications where required
- Manage multiple briefs simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Work closely with Marketing, Retail, Wholesale and Digital teams to bring creative concepts to life across every customer touchpoint
- Contribute ideas during creative discussions while confidently applying established CAMILLA brand guidelines
- Support the Creative Studio in maintaining an organised workflow, proactively communicating progress and flagging any timeline risks
What you will bring…
- 1–2 years' experience in Graphic or Digital Design (including internships or work placements)
- A strong portfolio showcasing beautifully crafted design across digital and print
- Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- An interest in fashion, luxury, retail or lifestyle brands, with an eye for premium visual storytelling
- A strong understanding of layout, typography, colour and composition
- Experience preparing artwork for both digital and print production
- Exposure to video editing, Premiere Pro or After Effects will be highly regarded
- Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced creative environment
- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn from senior creatives
