We are currently looking for Senior Graphic Designers to join our Delhi team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. You will oversee the design's production to ensure the designs are completed in a timely manner. Your role will also include guiding a team and help through the various challenges that the job brings.

Responsibilities
- Oversee design and production of all online and offline marketing material
- Design and produce a wide array of media
- To conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion.
- Manage an entire campaign, not just the production of specific pieces, and demonstrate an ability to keep team members working within established deadlines.
- Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software and apply typography techniques
- Designing original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
- Reviewing junior designers’ work to ensure high quality.
- Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval.
- Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, strategists
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our ongoing projects.
- Creates professional designs and layouts for promotional material by creating templates, handouts, advertisements, posters, signs, logos, and other visual layouts
- Detail oriented, flexible, self-motivated and meeting deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design
- 2+ years' of creative design experience in an agency
- Experience using design software such as Photoshop, Corel Draw and Illustrator
- Strong typography skills
- Someone with experience in working on brand identity design projects
