ABOUT THE JOB
- Lead creative thinking and execution across paid social and digital channels, delivering scroll-stopping static and motion-led design across multiple product categories
- Develop insight-led concepts that balance brand integrity with performance goals, translating growth briefs into compelling visual ideas
- Own paid creative projects end-to-end — from brief through delivery, iteration, and optimisation
- Art-direct still and motion content, from concepting and storyboarding through to shoot-day direction and post-production feedback
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Marketing, and Copywriters to turn data and briefs into high-performing creative
- Build out creative testing roadmaps by producing multiple variations and formats to enable rapid learning
- Contribute to improving creative processes and workflow efficiency across the team
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience: 3+ years as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio that demonstrates paid social, performance, or digital-first work
- Craft: Expert-level in Figma; strong Adobe Creative Suite skills; After Effects or Premiere Pro experience is a genuine bonus
- Platform knowledge: You understand how creative performs across paid channels — formats, placements, best practices, the lot
- Art direction: Confident directing photography and video from a design perspective, with strong composition, framing, and storytelling instincts
- Typography & layout: Excellent hierarchy and layout skills that make visual communication feel effortless, not effortful
- Performance mindset: Comfortable designing for testing and iteration — you know great creative evolves through data and feedback
- Communication: Clear and confident presenting ideas and collaborating across functions
- Organisation: Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment without dropping quality
- UX awareness: Basic understanding of how design choices influence user behaviour and conversion
