Graphic Designer Jobs in London Area, United Kingdom at Notora | The job platform built for creatives

Notora is exclusively partnered with a fast-growing digital health platform redefining how people take ownership of their wellbeing. Backed by serious ambition and a product-first mindset, they're building the kind of brand that performance and craft can coexist in — and they need a designer who believes the same.

THE ROLE

This is a rare opportunity for a Graphic Designer to own paid creative from concept to optimisation — leading art direction, driving visual strategy, and shipping work that actually performs. You'll sit at the intersection of brand and growth, with real creative autonomy and a seat at the table where decisions get made. If you've been waiting for a role where your work moves the needle and looks good doing it, this is it.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Lead creative thinking and execution across paid social and digital channels, delivering scroll-stopping static and motion-led design across multiple product categories
  • Develop insight-led concepts that balance brand integrity with performance goals, translating growth briefs into compelling visual ideas
  • Own paid creative projects end-to-end — from brief through delivery, iteration, and optimisation
  • Art-direct still and motion content, from concepting and storyboarding through to shoot-day direction and post-production feedback
  • Collaborate closely with Growth, Marketing, and Copywriters to turn data and briefs into high-performing creative
  • Build out creative testing roadmaps by producing multiple variations and formats to enable rapid learning
  • Contribute to improving creative processes and workflow efficiency across the team

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience: 3+ years as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio that demonstrates paid social, performance, or digital-first work
  • Craft: Expert-level in Figma; strong Adobe Creative Suite skills; After Effects or Premiere Pro experience is a genuine bonus
  • Platform knowledge: You understand how creative performs across paid channels — formats, placements, best practices, the lot
  • Art direction: Confident directing photography and video from a design perspective, with strong composition, framing, and storytelling instincts
  • Typography & layout: Excellent hierarchy and layout skills that make visual communication feel effortless, not effortful
  • Performance mindset: Comfortable designing for testing and iteration — you know great creative evolves through data and feedback
  • Communication: Clear and confident presenting ideas and collaborating across functions
  • Organisation: Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment without dropping quality
