About the Role
As Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for shaping and executing Complexity’s visual identity across product, web, and content.
You will collaborate across design and content workflows to build scalable brand systems and visual assets focused on clarity, consistency, and a cohesive visual language.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Complexity’s brand visual system
- Create visual assets for product marketing, website, and content
- Design social content such as graphics, carousels, and visual templates
- Translate abstract ideas and narratives into clear visual expression
- Ensure visual consistency across all channels and surfaces
- Collaborate with motion and content workflows to support storytelling
- Iterate rapidly with a disciplined commitment to quality and taste
You should have
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating brand systems, visual design, or content design
- Excellent visual taste, layout, typography, and color sensibility
- Advanced experience using AI-assisted creative or content-generation tools
- Ability to work independently with clear direction and ownership
- Comfort collaborating in fast-moving, early-stage environments
- High attention to detail and consistency
Bonus points
- Familiarity with motion design workflows
- English level C1 or higher
Interview Process

Intro Conversation – A discussion about your background and approach to graphic design.
Design Conversation / Interview – Review of your thinking, systems, and execution quality.

All interviews are conducted via Google Meet.
Location & Hours
Fully remote.
Standard working hours (Mon–Fri).
Compensation
700 USD per month
