We’re looking for a Global Marketing Manager who combines creativity, analytical thinking, and cross-market insight to drive growth and strengthen AXIS-Y’s global brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies tailored to regional market needs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with distributors and regional teams to plan high-impact co-marketing activations.

2. Influencer & Content Marketing

  • Oversee influencer campaigns across TikTok and Instagram to drive awareness and conversion.
  • Manage seeding, paid collaborations, and viral content programs in coordination with regional teams.
  • Ensure brand consistency while adapting creative direction to local market trends and culture.

3. Digital & E-Commerce Marketing

  • Collaborate with the E-commerce Team to drive sales via influencer-led campaigns (TikTok Shop, Amazon, D2C).
  • Plan and execute performance campaigns (ads, CRM, media buys) to maximize ROI and engagement.
  • Optimize regional websites and social channels for conversion and customer retention.

4. Partnerships & PR

  • Support global PR, events, and retail collaborations to build brand visibility.
  • Maintain relationships with key distributors, beauty platforms, and media partners.
  • Manage co-marketing and retail activation calendars to ensure alignment and consistency.

5. Reporting & Performance

  • Track and analyze campaign KPIs, influencer performance, and digital marketing data.
  • Deliver quarterly reports covering ROI, engagement, and conversion results.
  • Optimize budgets and execution in alignment with overall brand goals.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in global or regional marketing (beauty, skincare, or consumer brands preferred).
  • Proven success managing multi-market influencer and digital campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging marketing ecosystems.
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Korean is a strong advantage.
