This role will play a critical part in defining and elevating the global creative direction across multiple brands within the organization, setting a new benchmark for how modern digital gaming brands engage, acquire, and retain users at scale.
The Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Creative Director with a strong background in iGaming, online casino, or social casino environments. This individual will have a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing, social-first creative strategies across global markets.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a balance of strategic vision and executional excellence. The successful candidate will be adept at blending brand storytelling with performance-driven creative, consistently delivering measurable results in competitive and regulated environments.
You will own the global creative vision across digital and social channels, with a focus on driving both:
- Market share growth through performance-led acquisition
- Category growth through brand-led expansion
This role is suited for someone who has already operated at a senior level within the industry and can immediately make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global creative vision across multiple brands, ensuring consistency, scalability, and performance across regions
- Lead and evolve a social-first creative strategy tailored to gaming and entertainment audiences
- Oversee end-to-end creative production across all channels (paid social, video, display, landing pages, broadcast, etc.)
- Develop performance-driven creative systems that improve key metrics such as CTR, CPA, and LTV
- Build scalable frameworks enabling regional teams to execute locally while maintaining global standards
- Lead, mentor, and elevate internal creative teams and external partners
- Translate data, insights, and testing frameworks into high-performing creative iterations
- Establish the organization as a category leader in social-first creative
- Identify and implement emerging formats, platforms, and AI-driven creative workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CRM, BI, and regional teams to align messaging and maximize impact
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital and social creative roles, with at least 5 years at Director level or higher
- Proven track record of leading high-performing global creative teams
- Experience managing multi-market campaigns across 10+ regions or similar scale
- Deep expertise in performance-driven creative strategy (beyond brand-only focus)
- Strong knowledge of paid social ecosystems (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and creative optimization
- Demonstrated ability to scale creative testing frameworks and iterate based on data
- Expertise across video, motion, static, UGC, landing pages, and conversion-focused design
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and their relationship to creative
- Experience building systems that improve efficiency while reducing customer acquisition costs
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume production environments
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary $200,000~225,000 per year
- Performance-based bonus (up to 130%)
