We are looking for an experienced Retail Design Leader to drive end-to-end store design strategy across retail formats. The ideal candidate has 12+ years of experience creating immersive retail environments, leading design teams, and managing multiple concept-to-execution projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead store design strategy, concepts, and creative direction
Develop floor plans, renderings, CAD drawings, and mood boards
Oversee materials research, VM alignment, and fixture detailing
Collaborate with rollout & cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive retail experiences
Manage multiple projects, clients, and stakeholder communication
Review architectural drawings and ensure design accuracy & execution
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture or related design field
Strong expertise in AutoCAD, Photoshop; knowledge of SketchUp/Rhino/3DS Max is a plus
Deep understanding of materials, finishes, and retail design trends
Proven leadership and experience with top retail brands or design agencies
