You will be responsible for conceptualising and realising fresh and exciting slot games for today’s very competitive online market. You will work closely with the Head of Product, developers, mathematicians, artists and QA engineers to see each project flourish into industry-leading games.

Role and Responsibilities
- Create initial game designs, including game mechanics, theming and presentational approach, while liaising with the Creative and Math departments.
- Create detailed and clear written game design documents and specifications in Confluence and Jira including:
- high-level game concepts
- art style, mood-boards and Creative Brief
- game design document (GDD) for new games and features
- relevant flow charts for each aspect of the game
- As the main stakeholder during a game development process, provide clear guidance to the other teams regarding the overall creative direction for that project.
- Support the project management team making sure the project timelines are kept by adhering to the internally defined processes and workflows.
- Participate in the quality assurance and certification efforts when requested.
Work experience and skills
- Significant background in online game production, including producing several successful slot games for various platforms.
- Comfortable working as part of a busy and experienced product team while remaining self-sufficient in managing your own time and projects.
- High level of competency using Confluence and Jira.
- Research, play, and study slot games to stay updated on market trends and competition.
- A keen creative eye and a rigorous approach to quality.
- Confidence, humility, a willingness to learn and an approachable and amiable character capable of working with all types of people.
- Work experience using agile methodologies.
- Fluent in the English language (spoken and written).
- Excellent documentation skills.
