Role Description
We're producing an episodic, character-driven narrative series for an NYC restaurant client that's built for social media: 20 episodes, each 30–45 seconds long, shot over 7 days from May 5–11, 2026 in New York.
We're looking for a Freelance Videographer & Director who can wear many hats: helping us build the story out, partly directing on set, and shooting the actual content. You won't be alone–you'll work directly with myself, my co-founder, and our social media manager pre-shoot & during all shoot days to collaborate on shot lists, character beats, and creative calls in the moment.
This is the kind of project where craft matters. We care about tone, performance, and visual storytelling – not just clean footage. If you love short-form narrative work and want to make something that stands out in feed, this is for you. Bonus points if you have restaurant experience.
