Spring Studios Milan is for a talented and proactive Video Editor / Videomaker to join our post production team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in the fashion, jewellery, and beauty industry, with a portfolio spanning both digital and ADV campaigns.
This role requires a highly creative and technically skilled professional who is comfortable managing the full video production workflow — from shooting to post-production — while staying up to date with the latest industry technologies, including AI-powered tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and edit high-quality video content for digital and advertising campaigns.
- Act as Director and Camera Operator when required.
- Manage video, audio, and music production processes
- Ensure quality control throughout the entire post-production and finalization process.
- Execute advanced editing tasks including: Cropping and formatting; File naming and organization; Graphics integration; Special effects ; Closed captions; Digital asset management
- Coordinate and supervise freelance editors or external collaborators when needed.
- Apply basic colour correction, sound design, and audio mixing techniques.
- Create motion graphics, motion capture, and keyframe animations.
- Collaborate closely with creative, production, and account management teams to ensure project delivery and consistency.
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to continuously improve workflows and production quality.
- Stay informed and actively experiment with AI-powered creative and video editing tools to optimize production processes and creative output.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the fashion, jewellery, and beauty industry.
- Proven experience working on both digital and ADV campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of videomaking and post-production workflows.
- Excellent proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Creative Cloud suite
- Ability to create animations using After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of assets under tight deadlines.
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
- Flexible, adaptable, and open to new technologies and ways of working.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
- Excellent English skills are mandatory (written and spoken).
- Awareness and understanding of AI tools and AI-assisted creative workflows are essential.
