Shout Creative is a decade-old boutique creative studio built on storytelling.
We produce high-impact digital marketing content, corporate video and entertainment—blending live-action production with motion graphics and animation. Our foundation comes from long-form television, and that DNA still drives how we work: fast-paced, high standards, and no hand-holding.
We came into 2026 with serious momentum—and we’re growing.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Freelance Senior Producer (or strong Producer) to jump in immediately.
This starts as a project-based role, but for the right person, it can evolve into a consistent, long-term partnership.
What We Need
You don’t need to do everything listed below—but you would need to thrive in multiple skillsets:
- Creating or collaborating on concept development
- Script writing
- Managing pre-production (crew, schedules, logistics)
- Leading or supporting shoots as a field producer/director
- Shaping stories in post (selects, edits, narrative structure in Adobe Premiere workflow)
- Working closely with editors, animators, and clients to bring ideas to life
- Bonus points for:
- Client management / business development instincts
- Casting experience
- Production design / wardrobe

How We Work
- Remote-first (team is across Florida; Fort Lauderdale is our hub)
- Flexible schedule—except on production days (then it’s all in)
- ~75% post-production / 25% production
Hours are flexible outside of active production days—when we’re in production, the demands are high, and availability is important.
We emphasize flexibility because we want to attract talented individuals who may have complex schedules (e.g., parents or caregivers). While occasional long production days are required, the majority of our work—approximately 75%—is in pre-production and/or post-production, which allows for a more flexible schedule.
