The Opportunity
A leading Australian real estate investment and workplace manager is seeking a heavyweight Senior Graphic & Digital Designer for a high-impact, one-week freelance stint.
Working within a small, high-output Marketing and Communications team, you will act as a temporary Brand Guardian. You will be responsible for executing sophisticated visual identities across corporate, investment and digital channels for a portfolio of premium commercial and residential assets.
The Role
- Brand Champion: Upholding and implementing strict brand guidelines across a parent brand and multiple sub-brands.
- Corporate & Financial Collateral: Designing and outputting high-stakes documents, including annual reports, fact sheets, newsletters, and investment proposals.
- Digital & Social: Developing concepts and assets for corporate websites, intranets, and social media channels (LinkedIn focus).
- Expert Presentations: High-level PowerPoint design to support executive-level business submissions.
- Project Management: Working autonomously to manage design solutions from initial brief through to final delivery.
Technical Requirements
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud: Expert-level InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop are non-negotiable.
- Microsoft Expertise: Advanced PowerPoint skills for corporate storytelling.
- Digital Integration: A strong understanding of technical requirements for web and digital campaign rollouts.
- Bonus Points: Proficiency in After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion graphics/video content.
