Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop strategies and monitor marketing programs for PT GUE’s digital platform to ensure effective execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Execute and oversee monetization initiatives, including setting timelines for each program.
- Coordinate and monitor monetization projects across relevant internal teams based on media order priorities.
- Fulfill internal requests related to the GUE platform and its monetization efforts.
- Analyze ongoing programs to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and compile reports related to monetization projects.
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Creative Media, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in media planning, marketing operations, campaign management, or digital content management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and performance data
- Experience in project coordination or cross-functional collaboration
- Good understanding of digital marketing metrics and monetization models
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- This is a freelance position with flexible work arrangements (remote or hybrid – Bintaro, South Tangerang)
