Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Freelance Organizational Change Development (OCD) role based in Petaling Jaya. The OCD specialist will collaborate with team members and leadership to implement strategic initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, implementing change management plans, creating training materials, facilitating workshops, and monitoring success metrics to evaluate the impact of interventions. The role requires cross-functional teamwork, a proactive attitude, and a client-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Organizational Development, Change Management, and Leadership Development strategies
- Strong analytical skills for conducting assessments and evaluating outcomes
- Experience in designing training materials, facilitating workshops, and managing diverse teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deliver presentations, reports, and recommendations clearly
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizational challenges with adaptability and creative problem-solving
- Familiarity with tools for project management and analytics
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Industry experience in professional coaching, consultancy, or HR strategy roles is preferred
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus but not mandatory
