ABOUT THIS ROLE
We’re looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer to support the launch of a brand-new product in the baby food category. This is a project-based engagement focused on developing packaging and/or supporting graphics that bring a new consumer product to market.
The Designer will collaborate directly with our Marketing Director to understand the brand, creative direction, and product positioning. The project will include an exploration phase with multiple design directions, followed by refinement and feedback rounds to arrive at three final design concepts.
Please note: This is a project-based engagement focused on developing on-product graphics ready for a Q2 launch.
JOB SCOPE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translating brand direction into compelling product graphics
- Participating in creative exploration and iterative feedback rounds
- Delivering three final design concepts ready for production
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong visual storytelling skills and experience creating consumer-facing product graphics
- Experience working with lifestyle brands, premium CPG products, luxury or elevated brand aesthetics
- Experience in the baby or parenting category is a strong plus
- Ability to translate brand direction into thoughtful, high-quality design concepts
- Portfolio required showcasing relevant work in CPG, lifestyle, or brand packaging design

- Work location: Remote (or based out of New York City)
- Estimated Compensation: $1,500-$2000 total (includes exploration, feedback rounds, and delivery of three final designs)
- Reports to: Director of Marketing
