They are currently seeking a freelance Creative Strategist to join their team remotely.

In this role, you will work closely with designers, copywriters, and performance marketers to develop data-driven creative strategies, analyse campaign performance and audience insights, and deliver compelling creative concepts that drive brand growth, engagement, and measurable business results across digital platforms.

Job Profile for Creative Strategist

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Lead the development of creative strategies that align with brand objectives and drive campaign performance across digital platforms
  • Translate business goals into compelling creative concepts, messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to deliver creative campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels
  • Develop detailed creative briefs outlining strategy, target audience, tone, and execution requirements
  • Build and manage creative testing frameworks to identify high-performing formats, hooks, and messaging approaches
  • Analyse creative performance and audience insights to optimise strategy and creative execution
  • Present creative strategies, performance findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
  • Monitor platform trends, emerging formats, and cultural developments to keep creative output relevant and engaging
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative touchpoints and alignment with brand identity
  • Identify creative opportunities through competitive analysis, consumer insights, and industry benchmarking

Candidate Profile for Creative Strategist

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Design, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Creative Strategy, Content Marketing, Digital Advertising, or Performance Marketing
  • Proven experience developing high-performing creative campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels
  • Experience working with DTC brands, e-commerce businesses, agencies, or fast-paced environments
  • Data-driven approach with experience using performance metrics and testing methodologies to optimise creative outcomes
  • Strong understanding of social media, consumer behaviour, cultural trends, and conversion-focused marketing
  • Experience managing creative briefs, production workflows, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative concept development, storytelling, and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with creative and project management tools (e.g. Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Notion, Asana)
  • Knowledge of CRO, UGC strategy, and performance marketing principles; relevant platform certifications are a plus
