Responsibilities
- Lead the development of end-to-end brand systems, from foundational identity to multi-channel rollout.
- Partner with strategists to shape the brand—not just execute against a brief.
- Oversee and mentor two design teams, ensuring exceptional creative quality and smooth project delivery.
- Translate the Creative Director’s vision into clear direction, actionable feedback, and outstanding design.
- Build compelling presentations and narratives that bring the work to life and win stakeholder buy-in.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience creating large-scale brand identity systems for globally recognised brands.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to influence brand strategy.
- A strong understanding of how brands live consistently across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Proven experience leading teams, managing complex projects, and delivering high-quality creative at pace.
- Outstanding storytelling and presentation skills
Required Skills
Your portfolio should showcase ambitious, large-scale brand systems as its foundation. Campaigns, art direction, and smaller identity projects are welcome, but the standout work should demonstrate your ability to build enduring brands at scale.
