Role Description
This is a contract on site role for a Creative Designer located near Santa Ana, California. The Creative Designer will support the visual direction and execution of brand assets across packaging, marketing campaigns, merchandise, retail materials, and digital platforms.
Daily responsibilities include developing design concepts, producing graphics and layouts, refining brand visuals, and collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure creative output aligns with product launches and business objectives. This role requires strong artistic skill, technical execution, and an understanding of cannabis branding and consumer trends.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Creative Design, Graphic Design, and strong artistic abilities
- Experience in Graphics, Branding, and conceptualization of creative identities
- Skills in Web Design and user-centered design principles
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and time management skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced, creative environment
- Prior experience working in creative agencies, studios, or similar settings is a plus
