Overview
As ONE continues expanding its footprint in Japan, we're now looking for a Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, managing a variety of responsibilities that would directly contribute to the growth of the Japan business.
業務内容 Responsibilities
- デジタル、印刷物、SNS、放送など、各種プラットフォームにおけるイベント関連素材の展開・調整・制作進行サポート
- 営業資料、提案資料、パートナー向けプレゼンテーション資料などの企画アイデア出しおよびクリエイティブ制作サポート
- 各種制作物のデザイン、フォーマット、入稿・納品仕様に関する確認および調整
- 各市場、プラットフォーム、パートナー要件に合わせた素材展開を行いながら、ブランドの一貫性を保つためのサポート
- 制作フローやチームの業務効率を改善するためのアイデア出し、業務改善サポート
- Support the adaptation, rollout, and execution of event materials across digital, print, social, and broadcast platforms
- Support creative ideation and production for sales decks, pitch materials, and partner presentations
- Troubleshoot design, formatting, and production issues to ensure smooth execution across various outputs and specifications
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency while adapting assets for different markets, platforms, and partner requirements
- Contribute ideas and workflow improvements to help streamline processes and team efficiency
応募要件 Requirements
- グラフィックデザインまたはクリエイティブ制作領域で2〜5年程度の実務経験がある方
- Mac環境でのMicrosoft OfficeおよびAdobe Creative Suiteの実務経験がある方
- 特にPhotoshop、Illustrator、InDesign、Lightroomを使用できる方
- 複数のフォーマットや仕様に合わせた素材展開、レイアウト調整、問題解決ができる方
- 細部まで確認し、デザインの一貫性、正確性、誤字脱字に注意を払える方
- スピード感のある環境でも、複数の業務を同時に進め、締切に合わせて対応できる方
- 社内外の関係者と円滑にやり取りでき、責任感を持って業務に取り組める方
- 機密情報を適切に取り扱える方
- 必要に応じて、週末・祝日を含むイベント現場でのクリエイティブ対応が可能な方
- ポートフォリオおよびリファレンスの提出が可能な方
- イベントスケジュールに応じて、夜間・週末の対応が可能な方
- 日本での就労資格をお持ちの方
- スポーツ業界、特に格闘技への理解・関心がある方歓迎
- フルタイム相当の稼働が可能な方
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design or creative production
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom, on Mac platforms
- Strong adaptation, layout, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills across multiple formats and specifications
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for design consistency, accuracy, and proofreading
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with a professional and reliable work attitude
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- May be required to support onsite creative needs, including weekends and public holidays
- Portfolio and references required
- Able to work nights and weekends based on event schedules
- Must possess a valid work authorization in Japan
- Knowledge of and interest in the sports industry, particularly combat sports, is preferred
- Available to support on a full-time equivalent basis
