We’re building Frouv, an eco-focused marketplace, currently in an early growth stage.
We’re looking for someone to own and build our growth engine from 0 to 1.
About the role:
This is a hands-on role focused on:
- Finding early users (buyers & sellers)
- Testing what works across channels
- Turning initial traction into repeatable growth
No large budgets. No fixed playbooks. Just execution and learning.
What you’ll do:
- Run fast, practical growth experiments every week
- Engage directly with users (outreach, communities, conversations)
- Improve messaging, funnels, and conversion
- Explore creative distribution channels
- Work closely with founders on growth direction
You might be a fit if:
- You’ve tried building or growing something from scratch
- You take initiative and move fast without waiting for instructions
- You’re comfortable experimenting and figuring things out
- You’re okay starting scrappy before things scale
Role structure:
- Initial 4–6 week trial working phase
- Transition to equity based founding role based on performance & alignment
- High ownership and autonomy from day one
Not a fit if:
