DaMENSCH is a men’s essentials brand founded in 2018 by Anurag Saboo and Gaurav Pushkar. Operating across innerwear, loungewear and everyday essentials, it is among the top three brands in the category in Indian digital commerce. DaMENSCH is a Series B company backed by A91 Partners, Matrix Partners and Sama Capital, with a team of approximately 80 based in Bengaluru.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
A hands-on creative position within the Founders Office, responsible for content creation across the company’s channels and for coordinating delivery with internal teams and external partners. The role is approximately 70% individual content production and 30% coordination, and reports directly to the founder. It is expected to grow into a leadership position within the creative function over time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Write scripts and develop content concepts across all channels.
▪ Brief designers and guide creative output through to delivery.
▪ Own catalogue and product-related content.
▪ Build and operate AI-driven workflows for content generation.
▪ Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet timelines.
▪ Ensure all creative work aligns with the brand’s vision and standards.
Content areas include performance creative, social and advertising content, campaigns, influencer scripts, collaborations, and brand communication.
REQUIREMENTS
▪ 3–7 years of relevant experience in content or a related creative function.
▪ Strong creative and communication skills, demonstrated through a portfolio.
▪ A managerial instinct and the ability to work effectively within a team.
▪ Familiarity with, or clear interest in, applying AI tools to content workflows.
▪ Self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and take ownership of outcomes.
