They have solid understanding of nutritional profiling and functional food development aligned with wellness positioning.
- They are well-versed in FSSAI, FDA, and EFSA compliance, ensuring safe formulation, accurate labeling, and regulatory readiness. Strong at ingredient innovation and clean-label product development, they bring a balance of technical depth, innovation, and market awareness—well-suited for a luxury-focused, product-driven organization.

Description:
We are looking for a Senior Food Technologist & Nutrition-focused Product R&D professional (5–8 years experience) who can independently lead premium/luxury food product development across RTD beverages and gourmet pantry categories. The candidate must combine strong food science fundamentals with creative formulation ability, ensuring products are innovative, nutritionally sound, and fully compliant with Indian and international food regulations (FSSAI, FDA, EFSA). This role requires someone who can translate global food trends into scalable, high-quality, market-ready products while working closely with marketing, sourcing, and leadership.
