Gunay is a luxury silk flower brand founded in Europe, creating refined, long-lasting floral designs for premium residential, hospitality, and commercial spaces. Our work blends artistic floral composition with architectural elegance and meticulous detail. We are looking for a talented Florist / Floral Designer with strong hands-on experience to join our growing team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-end silk flower arrangements aligned with Gunay’s luxury aesthetic
- Style floral installations for residential, corporate, and hospitality projects
- Assemble and maintain floral arrangements for displays, events, and client deliveries
- Collaborate with the creative and project teams to execute custom floral concepts
- Ensure all arrangements meet quality, finishing, and brand standards
- Handle silk flowers with care, precision, and attention to detail
Requirements (Must-Have):
- Must have hands-on experience arranging flowers (professional or studio-based)
- Portfolio or Instagram showcasing floral work is required (applications without this will not be considered)
- Strong understanding of floral composition, balance, color, and texture
- Ability to work with premium artificial / silk flowers
- Detail-oriented with a refined design eye
Preferred:
- UAE experience preferred
- Experience working with luxury brands, interiors, or hospitality projects
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, project-based environment
