Responsibilities

- Execute custom orders for events, weekly florals, and special requests
- Maintain quality standards, freshness, and presentation of all designs
- Assist with order preparation, processing, and studio organization
Qualifications
- Strong eye for design, color palettes, and current floral trends
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Preferred
- Experience with event or wedding florals
- Familiarity with working in a high-end or luxury aesthetic
