We are looking for a highly skilled Filmmaker / Multimedia Content Specialist who can own the end-to-end production of video and photo content: from concept to final delivery, with a strong focus on visual storytelling, technical excellence, and brand impact.
This role goes beyond content creation. It requires someone who understands how to translate business and marketing objectives into compelling, high-quality visual narratives.
What you’ll do
o Lead the creative and technical execution of video/photo projects from concept to delivery.
o Develop story-driven concepts, scripts, and storyboards aligned with marketing and employer branding strategies.
o Plan and execute on-site and off-site shoots, including lighting, sound, and camera direction.
o Direct talent and stakeholders to ensure strong on-camera performance and storytelling.
o Edit high-quality video content using advanced techniques in color grading, pacing, and sound design.
o Create motion graphics and animations that elevate video production value (plus).
o Adapt content across platforms (social, internal and external comms/campaigns) maintaining performance and quality.
o Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align content with brand and campaign goals.
o Ensure all outputs meet TP brand standards and production quality expectations.
What we’re looking for
o 3+ years of experience in video production, filmmaking, or multimedia content (agency or corporate environment preferred).
o Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Storytelling ability
- Cinematography
- Editing and post-production quality
o Advanced proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
- Motion graphics and animation
o Solid understanding of lighting, framing, sound design, and composition. Also, understanding of content formats and performance across digital platforms.
o Experience managing projects end-to-end (pre-production to delivery).
o Ability to translate marketing objectives into creative video solutions.
Nice-to-have (but valuable)
o Experience in employer branding or corporate storytelling.
o Basic color grading (DaVinci is a plus).
o Experience working with executives or corporate environments.
