K-Studio is seeking a talented and detail-driven FF&E Designer to join our creative studio in central Athens. The ideal candidate is a passionate individual with a strong background in high-end hospitality and private residential interiors, capable of transforming a creative vision into tactile, immersive environments through thoughtful specification and design.
This role will involve developing FF&E concepts, sourcing materials and products, and collaborating with our architecture and interior design teams to deliver elevated and contextually-rich projects. You will play a key part in shaping the character of spaces through materiality, form, and craftsmanship.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Product Design
- 3-6 years professional experience in FF&E and interior design
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail
- Experience with custom furniture and bespoke joinery design
- Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, fabrics and suppliers
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
- Proficiency in Rhino (2D/3D)
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Grasshopper and/or SubD modeling is a plus
- Familiarity with BIM tools (Archicad / Revit) is a plus
- Project management skills are highly valued
- Knowledge of high-end FF&E & OS&E sourcing and procurement is a plus

Key Areas Of Responsibility
- Interpret client briefs and studio design direction to develop FF&E concepts
- Source, select and specify furniture, lighting, fabrics, materials, and finishes
- Produce comprehensive and accurate specification documents
- Create client presentations that are visually engaging and aligned with project narratives
- Collaborate with procurement team to ensure budgets and timelines are met
- Liaise with suppliers to request quotes, samples and manage specifications
- Assist in overseeing mockups and sample development
- Expand and organize the studio’s FF&E library
- Support with on-site installations and styling for photoshoots
- Stay up to date with market trends and attend design fairs
