PHIX is a fast-growing British fashion brand inspired by the attitude, tailoring and energy of the 1970s.
We create elevated menswear with a strong visual identity and work across editorial campaigns, social content, e-commerce, paid advertising and music collaborations.
We are looking for a full-time Video Editor & Content Creative based in the Philippines to become part of our creative team. You will be given lots of video footage which requires it being made into fashion style videos.
This is not a generic editing role. We are looking for someone with strong taste, fast editing ability, understanding of fashion/music culture, and a genuine eye for modern luxury content.

What You’ll Be Working On
- Editing short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and paid advertising
- Creating both portrait and landscape edits
- Editing campaign footage, behind-the-scenes content and product videos
- Assisting with creative storytelling and social-first concepts
- Creating engaging fast-paced edits for fashion marketing
- Organising footage, assets and creative files
- Creating multiple cutdowns and variations from shoots
- Working closely with the PHIX creative and marketing team

Requirements
- Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut
- Experience editing fashion, lifestyle or music-related content
- Strong understanding of pacing, music and visual rhythm
- Ability to work quickly and handle high output
- Strong English communication
- Good internet connection and reliable availability
- Understanding of modern Instagram/TikTok content formats
- Ability to colour grade and create polished premium-looking edits
