Overview
Fashion Designer Jobs in Nea Filadelfeia, Attiki, Greece at Dirty Laundry
Design • Product Development • Commercial Thinking
We are looking for a Fashion Designer who is passionate about creating products people genuinely love to wear.
Dirty Laundry is a fast growing understated luxury brand built around timeless design, natural fabrics, exceptional comfort, and emotional connection. As we continue to grow in Greece and internationally, we are looking for a designer who wants to help build the brand, not simply design collections.
This role sits at the intersection of design, product development, production, and commercial decision making, working closely with Production, Pattern Making, and Leadership to bring products from concept to launch. You'll help shape products, contribute to key business decisions, and develop a broad understanding of what it takes to build and grow a premium fashion brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and develop premium men's and women's collections that reflect the Dirty Laundry DNA
• Lead the product development process from initial concept through sampling and production
• Create technical packs, specifications, and product data
• Collaborate closely with Suppliers, Pattern Makers, and Production to optimize fit, quality, and cost
• Support costing and pricing decisions
• Manage product information and development workflows within Entersoft ERP
• Leverage digital and AI tools to improve product development processes
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of fashion design experience
• Strong portfolio across men's and women's apparel
• Advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills
• Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, fit, and production processes
• Experience working directly with factories
• Strong commercial awareness, including product costing and pricing
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Design, Production, Suppliers, and Leadership
• Experience with ERP systems (Entersoft preferred)
Growth Opportunity
This role offers exposure to design, product development, production, sourcing, costing, and operational systems, with the opportunity to grow alongside the brand as we scale.
You'll join a collaborative team where ideas matter, ownership is encouraged, and everyone has the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of Dirty Laundry.
If you're passionate about creating exceptional products and want to help shape the future of Dirty Laundry, we'd love to hear from you.
